Formerly Director Planning and Environment, Parkes Shire Council for 29 years.
Steven is an A1 (accredited Building Certifier) and holds qualifications in Environmental Health and Local Government Management.
Steven has held a number of positions in Local Government over the past 43 years. Serving currently as Executive Officer, NetWaste, a regional collaborative waste managent group for 22 years;
Former President of the Environmental Development & Allied Professionals Group; and a former member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.
Steven also serves on the following community organisation: Secretary, Neighbourhood Central; Board Member of Parkes Forbes Community Housing Committee; and member of the Rotary Club of Parkes.
